The National Wildlife Federation is an association of individuals and state and federal conservation groups that are dedicated to protecting the environment. The federation works to educate and motivate people to conserve natural resources and wildlife by holding summits and camps on conservation and sponsoring programs such as National Wildlife Week and the Backyard Wildlife Habitat Program. The many National Wildlife Federation publications include Ranger Rick’s Nature Magazine, International Wildlife, National Wildlife, and Your Big Backyard.
